He was born April 11, 1944 in a small home in Fort Meade, Florida the son of Jack and Jean Luna. His family is mourning the loss of the loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who began working at a young age in the citrus industry in Polk County, Florida. He proudly wore the uniform of Fort Myers Coca Cola where he retired following a 35 year career.
Larry loved his family, friends and God. He will be forever missed by his wife of 61 years, Joyce Ann (Hicks) Luna; Daughter Annette (Luna) Duncan and husband Ray of Bluffton, AR.; Son Joseph Allen Luna and wife Ashleigh of Fort Myers, FL; Grandsons Curtiss West, Brian West, Zakaree Luna and Brett Luna; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and his cat Poo-Kitty.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 22 at noon at Hodges Funeral Home in Lee Memorial Park in Fort Myers, Florida.
