Lee Calvin Boyd

He was one of the original members of The Club at Gateway. Lee worked in the electronics industry in California from 1979 until 1991. He was Chairman of the Board of Bobrow Distributing Corporation.

Lee is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn Lowe; children: Susanna Kydd, Theresa McInerney, Kathleen Sullivan, Valerie Boyd and Kristen Somers; grandchildren: Derek Power, Jenifer Siler, Shawn Boyd, Michael Sullivan, Matthew Sullivan, Danielle Morris, Richard Morris, Nicole Allen, Amanda Pontti and Shannon Fortier; 18 great grandchildren; and brothers: Russell Boyd and Barry Boyd. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton and Dorothy Boyd and his brother, Stanley Boyd.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Gateway Trinity Lutheran Church 11381 Gateway Boulevard, Fort Myers on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, at 11:00 am. A New England luncheon following at the Club at Gateway.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lee’s name would be appreciated to Gateway Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Jude Children’s Hospital or to the charity of your choice.
