Phillip was a US Army veteran having served during Vietnam. He enjoyed hunting, car shows, NASCAR and playing guitar.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dorene; children: Phillip (Veronica) Rigley, Vincent (Megan) Rigley, Jason (Ana) Rigley and David (Maria) Rigley; grandchildren: Justin, Jessica, David, Isaiah and Monica; great grandchildren: Elijah and Miles; siblings: Mike, Dennis, Michelle and Allan and nephews Rob Esper and Robbie Esper.
Visitation will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL on Monday, July 28th from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions in Phillip’s memory may be made to your favorite veteran’s organization.
