Our dearly loved Carolyn H. Holt, age 83, passed away December 26, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by her brother (Ordean) and sister (Myrna). Carol was the consummate hostess and loved cooking. She was a longtime employee of Edina High School, where she worked as a receptionist for many years. She loved the energy of the school and the students. A longtime member of Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she was a wonderful wife, mother, aunt and grandmother. Survived by husband of 52 years, Roland; son, Michael (Aixa); grandson, Oliver, brother (Arlen Holerud), sister (Alvera Hlavac) and many other relatives and friends.
