Darrell served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Darrell worked as a Methods Engineer for Piper Aircraft in Vero Beach for 43 years.
Survivors include his parents; Charles and Rosa Hedrick; Sisters, Kathy Burger (Art), Teresa Buben and Wendy Jolley all of Vero Beach, Florida. He was also survived by two nieces, five nephews, five great nieces and six Great nephews.
Darrell was predeceased by his brother in-law Bob Jolley.
A visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL. A chapel service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Aycock Funeral Home.
An Interment with Military Honors will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce, FL.
