Frederick was born in Lewiston, ME. He was a resident of Fort Pierce for the past 22 years coming from Ashland, MA.
Frederick served in the U.S. Army.
Prior to retirement he was an Engineer for Raytheon Company for 32 years in Wayland, MA. Frederick was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Framingham, MA. He was an avid reader and enjoyed creating miniatures. Frederick was also a cat fancier.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years Ann Proctor of Fort Pierce, FL, niece, Leslie Bitas of Bronxville, NY, brothers, Edgar and Stanley Proctor of Poland, ME, brother in law, Paul Owen of Fort Pierce, FL and sister in law, Joan Owen of Fort Pierce, FL.
A memorial service and Masonic Rites will be held on at 7:00pm, Monday, April 15, 2013 at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL.
