Never truly gone as I think about you often.  

Sweetie:

Time does not heal all wounds.  I still love you and miss you so much.  I know it was best for you to leave this world when you did because it saved you from all the heartbreak of losing so many of our babies.  Michelle told you she lost Nikki and I told you about Charlie but Becky has also gone to Rainbow Bridge on Mother's Day (May 11, 2014).  She took in Tommy but he was very sick and so he went to Rainbow Bridge as well.  I don't know if I have told you all that we have lost...Katie, Mandy, Timmy, Cleo, J.R., Molly, Buttons, Dottie (just yesterday).  Rags had gotten to be best friends with Dottie so he seems very lonesome today. They are all together at Rainbow Bridge waiting for us to be reunited.  I know how difficult all these funerals would have been for you so I'm glad you did not have to endure them. I just tell myself that none of them would have survived without our rescue efforts.  It does not make it any easier to see them go to Rainbow Bridge but at least I know they lived because of us.  I love you and think about you always.

Sweetie:

When I saw the date on my last entry, I was surprised that another year has gone by since you left. Michelle, John and I celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas together as always.  Even though it is only the 3 of us, we make it as happy as possible. I see Michelle told you about the new puppy.  I lost Buttons in July 2013.  That FELV was always in her system and finally took her to Rainbow Bridge.  She did not go alone as Charlie also went during the same month.  Abby is very lonesome with the loss of both her friends (Buttons and Cleo).  I am now 65 so could have a free fishing license. I remember Brian saying you looked forward to getting that free license.  I love you and think about you always.  Love Janet (woman) Wagner

It`s been cold here. You know how much I love the cold. So many things have changed but one thing hasn`t and that is your in our hearts and thoughts. I am sure you would love the puppy I rescued. I can hear your flavorful words about that. I love you daddy.

Sweetie:

Months have gone by but I still think about you every day.  Katie and J.R. both have gone to Rainbow Bridge.  Katie slipped away about a week after Mom's funeral (the day Mandy also made her journey to Rainbow Bridge).  I think J.R. just missed you too much to continue.  He had surgery again but didn't really recover.  He just looked so sad.  He met me at the door as I came home and spoke as if he were asking when you would be home.  His world stopped the day you departed this world.  Michelle didn't tell you but we also lost Nikki on November 12.  Wow, so much sadness this year.  It would have been so hard on you watching all these funerals.  I am kind of glad Thanksgiving is behind us.  Christmas will be very hard since it's only Michelle, John, and me.  We will keep with old traditions but need to start new ones. Hopefully we will have many years to come that Michelle, John and I are still together.  Love always.

Well we celebrated your birthday at Golden Corral. It was quite a different Thanksgiving day. We waited in line for 40 minutes + to get a table. I can just hear all the words you would have thrown out for that line. Christmas will be very different and sad without you but we know you are still with us in our hearts.

To all who are patiently waiting for the picture of the urn. I haven't forgotten to place the picture of the urn on this page but I just haven't done it. There is no excuse. I hope to do so soon. I just am not up to dealing with that yet. 

Daddy send some jokes down to Brian. I think he needs some laughs from you. I am thankful that he calls and that he can laugh with me about old times.

Sweetie:

Our little Mandy made her way to Rainbow Bridge last Saturday.  Even though you were no longer in your chair, she continued to sit in that chair each day.  Mom made her final journey on April 21 and Mandy slipped away quietly while I was at Mom's funeral.  Of course, you and Mom and all the "babies" at Rainbow Bridge are only gone from my sight but never from my heart.  All my love forever.

Sweetie:

I know the most important thing to you in the entire world is that your "babies" are all doing okay.  Timmy decided it was time to meet you at Rainbow Bridge so I know he is with you now.  Everyone else is doing fine.  You know nothing will change and I will take care of them just as we always did together.  The love we shared will never fade.  You are only gone from my sight but not my heart. All my love forever.

Thanks Michelle for your 3/27 posting. We appreciate your letting us know how things are being handled.  Our thought and prayers are with you and the rest of the family!

I thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. We had ordered a beautiful urn with an etched eagle on it. It arrived yesterday and we took it to the funeral home today. We will receive the urn back in full on Friday. I will take pictures and post for those who can't be here so they can see and have their own good bye's. My dad's best friend has been very dedicated to helping around the house. I believe that we all have our own ways to cope and his is being as close to my dad as possible. We believe God has a reason for everything and that in His time we will fully be able to understand why someone passes so young. My dad didn't suffer. He worked 10 days prior to falling ill. He was happy....please remember him that way. When sadness falls upon me in the middle of the night I think about what comment he would make to me and roll his eyes with a laugh and a twinkle in his eye. I will continue to keep the family posted on the Urn.

I know your up there being funny Daddy because locusts keep coming my way. When I was a child you know how much they scared me and you would chase me around with them just to tease me. So you got your laughs now stop teasing me with them....please.....I love you and miss you.

May the peace of our Lord, Jesus Christ be with all our loved ones and comfort us in our time of need. In Jesus Name I pray! Amen!

I miss you so much. You said "they couldn't kill you off" and you were right. You still had the last word as to when you would go. I know that you were so proud of me and I am so sorry that you are gone. We are trying to be as strong as you were now that your gone but you were the glue that kept everything tight. I know you are looking down on me and laughing especially when I locked myself out of the house today and had to jump the fence. I know that you are saying to yourself "what an idiot" but with love. You were truly a unique person. With my love, your daughter "kid" "girl" and whatever else you decided to call me at the time.....

Janet, my prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. Remember he is now at peace and the strenght of God is with you and your family.

Harold and his wife Janet often visited Domino's House.  We enjoyed hearing about Harold's furry "babies" that he cared for
both at work and at home.

Harold was one of the most caring and compassionate persons I have known.  He truly made a huge difference to many a homeless animal in need of a loving home.

We will miss him.

wayne is my loving brother i didn't spend alot of time with him but he was always on my mind and in my heart.i love himwith all my hearth and would remeber him when he took susan and i to the movies to see cats and dog! rest in peace brother i will see you some day!

Wayne and I are cousins too.  I remember the wonderful times that our families spent together at our house in Littlestown PA, at his parent's house, and at Mammaw and Pappap's in Westminster MD.  To our cousins - Susan, Brian, and Cindy & their families; his wife - Janet; his children - Buddy and Michelle; and Wayne's extended family, our sincerest condolences. Although I never had the chance to meet you, I have heard a lot about you and really wish we would have had the chance to meet face to face, and that you would've had the chance to meet Wyatt and I's twin sons. Im sad that now we wont be able to. However, I take great comfort in knowing that because you are part of my inlaws family, that you were indeed a great person!!! I wish you peace and a happy reunion with your parents in Heaven.

Wayne and I are cousins and as kids, spent lots of fun times together.  I have fond memories of birthday parties, Thanksgiving at Pappap & Mammaw's, and summer days.  May he rest in peace.
