I knew and worked with Leona at the Indian River Co. Sheriffs Department for many, many years.  Forgive me, I didnt know she had passed away, because I had lost touch and live in another state.  She was a wonderful person, and I spent so many hours talking to her.  The world is indeed worse of a place, without her in it. My deepest condolences to her family.
