Phyllis is predeceased by her parents Howard and Sadie Mounts, her husband Aaron Fields and her daughter Tammy Black. Phyllis is survived by 2 sons Timothy Fields (Luz), Jeffrey Fields, and 2 daughters Darlene Fields and Stephanie (Max) Cross, along with 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

A committal service will occur Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6026 U.S. Rte 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
