We are so very sad to hear about Sheila’s passing.  I enjoyed the visits whenever we met.  Hugs to you, Bob and all your families.

Sheila was simply one of the most amazing patients that I have encountered in our office.  She was the kindest, most understanding and most generous patient.  The entire office, myself and my kids will miss all the Sheila cookies, pies and cakes that always came with every visit and every special occasion in between!

Bob and family, I’m so sorry to hear of Sheila’s passing.  I spoke with her for several hours after Auntie Anne’s passing, for the first time in many years..  I have to admit I was shocked to see the photo of this white haired lady in the obituary notice… when I last spoke with her on the phone I envisioned the person I remember from our younger days.  She certainly sounded the same, friendly and talkative as ever!

Bob, you and Sheila were always very caring,  supportive and generous which helped shape me as a person and I am very grateful for that.  Sheila was such  a sweet soul and very motherly.  I still remember the first time I had a homemade cookie at the house on the farm,  so good.   Her smile would light up the room when she walked in. Sheila was one of the sweetest and kindest people I was blessed to have not only in my life but as my cousin.  From very early years, as kids visiting at the Onrait farm, Sheila was always a little mother ❤️
She was so beautiful with those kind dark eyes and gentle smile and so attentive to all the kids.  
My fondest memory is when Sheila was participating in the Fort Festival  and she wore a beautiful sparkly red dress and her talent was singing the song  On the Wings of a Dove.  I was probably about  11 years old and I thought she was perfect.  Not many years later she was a young wife and mother and again she was such a natural homemaker.
Sheila  was cherished and loved by everyone that crossed her path.  She was kind and funny, helpful, loyal and treasured.  You will be missed Sheila, you made a difference in people's lives.  You and Bob created a beautiful family and life together.  All the things you were, wife, mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, friend touched all these people and the memories you've made will be held in all those hearts.
Until we meet again, rest in eternal peace safe in the arms of Jesus and soaring on the wings of a dove 🕊️

As a young child I was in awe of my older cousins.  Couldn't wait to make the trip from Melfort to Balcarres, Lebret and area to pretty much every one of their weddings as we grew up .   Watching brides walk down the aisle was always extra special when it was my cousin in that beautiful white gown.  Family was everything to us and the memories of time in Balcarres with our Onrait family instilled a profound love that time doesn't diminish.
