Izzy and I worked together from 1982 to 1999.  We had lots of good times in and out of work.  For potlucks, Isabel made the 7 layer dip only IF I made the puffed wheat squares.  We split the cost of the dip. We used to go to a mexican restaurant with Susan Z to check out the waiter!! Isabel LOVED her babies (cats) and of course, her family. I am so happy that I got to visit Izzy on the May long weekend when I came to Edmonton.  She must have been ill at that time - just before she went into the hospital. Cheers to you, Izzy on a life that was way too short for us who are left without you.

Isabel was lovely to work with. I enjoyed sitting next to her for a few years before she retired. 

I met Isabel through my sister.  Isabel was such a nice lady.  It was a shock to hear of her passing.  My sincere condolences go out to her family and friends.  

I worked with Isabel for many years, working together for the Provincial Government, until her retirement 10 years ago.  I was so shocked and saddened to hear of her passing.  My sincere condolences to the Jeffrey family.  She will be missed.  

To Isabel's family and close friends: please accept my condolences on the passing of Isabel. I met her in 1989 at Alberta Health while I was a student. She was such a kind lady and had a great sense of humour. The last time I saw her was last year and we had spoken a couple months ago about meeting up again. I'm so sad I won't see her but she will live on in spirit, being the great lady she was.
