November 27, 1929 - February 15, 2023
On February 15th, 2023, after 93 years of living life to it's fullest, Jean Thelma Francis Lamble passed away with family by her side. Born in Cobourg, Ontario in 1929, she was a force to be reckoned with. After many years of living in Lamont, Alberta, she moved to Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta to the Fort Gardens apartments where she lived out her final years under the care and companionship of Nina. She is survived by daughter Laurie (Paul), son Shawn (Christina), grandchildren Shauna (Kevin), Phallon, Elora, brother Bill (Phuong) many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and the wonderful Foster family. Predeceased by husband(s) Basil Lamble, Percy Foster, parents Eva, Albert, siblings Hester, Debbie & Chuck. She will be remembered for her amazing baked beans and sayings such as "Don't be stingy" when pouring her a glass of wine. A special appreciation goes out to the many Fort Sask caregivers and staff at the St Albert Foyer Lacombe hospice whom supported in her final days. Her amazing sense of humour always remained and she will be sorely missed.
