Mr John Farquhar passed away on September 14, 2017 at the age of 71 years. He is survived by his loving family; wife of 48 years, Wendy; 4 children, daughter Shaunda of Fort Saskatchewan, AB, and sons, Robert (Angel) of Ilderton, ON, Richard (Louise) of Whitecourt, AB, and Andrew (Lois) of Regina, SK; 8 grandchildren, Sarah Simpson, Wylie, Kaitlyn, Willow, Ember, Jackson, Tyler and Claire; and his brother, Robert Farquhar as well as numerous other dear family and friends.
John is predeceased by his parents, Blanche and Robert; and sisters, Jean Ermel, Bertha Anderson, Eleanor Calder, and Roberta Mack.
A Celebration of John’s Life is planned for the summer of 2018 in his hometown of Kerrobert, SK.
