She was born in Volmer, Alberta and grew up in a large family on a farm near Volmer, River Qui Barre, Fort Saskatchewan, Lamoureux.
Therese was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She will be dearly remembered by all who knew her.
Therese is survived by her five children, Leonard (Judy), Helen, Louise, Rita, and Kevin (Melany); her sister, Cecile Paradis; brother, Raymond (Eleanor) Courchesne; her eleven grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Therese was predeceased by her loving husband, Albert, of 64 years, and one grandchild, Jamie Hostyn.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Catholic Church (17511-112 St. NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5X 5X9) on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:00AM.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
