Barbara Chambers, 80, of Fort Smith passed away on October 7, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Chambers, both parents and all siblings. She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Cooper (Randy), a son, Jack Chambers (Connie), two grandchildren, Abbey Gipson and Blaine Chambers along with two great grandchildren Willow and Myles. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, at Edwards Chapel with burial following at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
