Betty M. Williamson

Betty M. Williamson, 73, of Fort Smith, died September 21, 2017 in Fort Smith. She was born July 18, 1944 in Fort Smith to Charles Benjamin Randall and Adel Morris. She was mother to her children, and grandmother to her grandchildren, a devoted pastor’s wife and member of Spradling Baptist Church. Betty served as the church secretary at Spradling for many years and participated in the Arkansas State Baptist Convention Women’s Organizations and Missions.

She is survived by her husband, Reverend Ron Williamson of Fort Smith; one daughter, Savannah and husband Jerry Smith of Alma, AR; one son, Rod and wife Andra Williamson of Fort Smith; one sister, Deloris Doss; two grandchildren, Brad and wife Erika, and Blake Williamson; and two great grandchildren, Clara and Carmila Williamson.

Memorial service will be Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 1:00 PM in Spradling Baptist Church of Fort Smith. Services and cremation are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

The family will greet friends on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 5-7 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
