He enjoyed marksmanship, was skilled in that endeavor and was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Bill married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Paula Kim Berkley. They shared a beautiful life together beginning in 1971. His beloved wife made her departure from her earthly sojourn last year in September. In 1985 they adopted an infant son, Nathan. Nathan was their pride and joy. He had a high intellectual capacity that they nourished, was a talented musician, and skilled in leadership - but who tragically died in 2011 after a long battle with leukemia. Nathan was married to Renée (Renée Miller Dunn Brown) who has remained close to the family.
