B.J. Dial-McKim, 72, of Winslow, AR, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026. She was born on August 3, 1953, in Homer, LA to the late A.L. Hogan and Edna Evans Hogan. B.J. worked in the music department at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Fort Smith, AR where she also served as pianist. She was a talented and long-term piano and organ player. In addition to her parents, B.J. is preceded in death by her husbands, Brad Dial and Scott McKim; a son, James Dial and a grandson, Tucker Ensey.
She is survived by two daughters, Dominique Dial of Chicago, IL and Danielle (Cody) Ensey of Van Buren, AR; stepson, Dillon McKim of Fort Smith, and two grandchildren, Jett Rogers and Hudson Ensey.
Memorial visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm Saturday, April 11, 2026, at St. Paul United Methodist Church, with the memorial service to follow at 3:00 pm. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
