Carla Lou (Adams) Stoufer

Carla Lou (Adams) Stoufer, 66, of Fort Smith, passed away Friday, June 19, after a struggle with cancer. She was born in Fort Smith to the late Carl Bogue and Betty Lou (Kramer) Adams. She attended the Fort Smith Public Schools and graduated with a degree in English Education from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She worked for 28 years in the Public Relations Department at Sparks Regional Hospital. Carla attended Goddard United Methodist Church.

Memorial graveside service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Forest Park Cemetery with Elder Mark Green and Elder Adam Green officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Carla is survived by three children, Rick Stoufer and Matthew Stoufer of Fort Smith, and Kaitlyn Stoufer, of the home; one brother, Gary Adams and wife Carol, of Rogers; one sister, Pam Green and husband Mark, of Booneville; one grandchild, Kadyn Stoufer of Fort Smith; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Goddard United Methodist Church in Fort Smith.
