Cecilia Dion Wagley Lynn

Cecilia Dion Wagley Lynn, of Kennett, Missouri, daughter of James Cecil Wagley and the late Beulah (Wieburg) Wagley, was born August 21, 1948 in Little Rock, Arkansas and departed this life on July 28, 2017, at the age of 68 years, in Kennett, Missouri. Cecilia grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas having received her degree in Education at UCA. Cecilia was a career special education teacher and did volunteer work with Helping Hands.

She is survived by four sons, Christopher Lynn of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Phillip Lynn of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Garrett Lynn of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Stuart Lynn of Springdale, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Zachary Lynn, Annabelle Saucier, Hayleigh Lynn, Anna Lynn and Daniel Lynn; her father, James Wagley of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one brother, Jim Wagley of Fort Smith, Arkansas; three sisters, Darlene Tesch of Pensacola, Florida, Shanda Weiburg-Cooper of Levenworth, Kansas and Harriet Pellman of Overland Park, Kansas.

Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00pm Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Edwards Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00am Friday, August 4, 2017 at Edwards Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Ed Saucier officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
