Clara Imogene Broyles

Clara Imogene Broyles, 87, of Muldrow, OK, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017, in Fort Smith. She was born January 23, 1930 in Sequoyah County, OK to the late Albert and Lela McAlister. She was retired from J. C. Penney Coffee Shop. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Roland, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Velma “Doll” McAlister; and three brothers, James McAlister, Joel B. Czarnikow and Edgar McAlister.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Roland with burial to follow at Dora Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

The family will visit with friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at the funeral home.

She is survived by one daughter, Connie Montgomery and husband Rick of Roland, OK; two sons, Mike Hyde and wife Joetta of Nicut, OK and Patrick Owens and wife Zoe of Muldrow, OK; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Clay Hyde, Cody Hyde, Cole Hyde, Eric Montgomery and Jonathan Plant. Honorary pallbearers will be Colton Hyde, Carson Hyde, Caleb Montgomery, Drake Hyde, Drew Hyde, Clayton Sanders and Scott Robertson.
