David Wayne Meadows Sr. 62, of Fort Smith, passed away on January 25, 2022. He was born on June 2, 1959 in Olton, TX to Otis Wayne Meadows and Charlene Lewis Meadows. He was a United States Coast Guard Veteran. David was a wonderful son and took care of his mother for eighteen years until her passing.
David was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by one son, David Wayne Meadows, Jr. and wife Tyra White of IL; one sister, Zandra Pierce and husband Randy of Panama, OK; one brother, Robin Meadows of Van Buren, AR; numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 2 PM, Thursday, February 10, at Fort Smith National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
