Deborah Jean Black, 55 of Heavener, OK passed away Monday, January 8, 2018 in Fort Smith. She was born February 15, 1962 in Wützburg, Germany to Billy Lee Black, Sr. and Bridgett Czernaharsky Black. She was an Electronics Technician for Bosch Manufacturing. She dearly loved her pets. She was preceded in death by her father; Billy Lee Black, Sr. and her sister; Claudia Czernaharsky.
There are no services scheduled. Cremation is under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith.
Deborah is survived by her husband Harvey Cagle of the home, her three sons; Alex Wuehr of Anderson, SC, Christopher Wuehr and his wife Cathy of Westminster, SC, and Michael Wuehr of Anderson, SC, her mother Bridgett Black of Munich, Germany, her brother Billy Lee Black, Jr. of Munich, Germany, her half-brother James “Skip” Hickman of Poteau, OK and four Grandchildren.
