Don H. Sharp

Don Harrold Sharp, 76, of Muldrow, OK, passed away Monday, May 9, 2011, in Fort Smith. He was born on October 6, 1934 in Fort Smith to the late John E. and Beulah May Sharp. He was a retired Pipe Fitter. He was a Baptist, member of V.F.W. Post 8384 in Muldrow, OK and a member of Pipe Fitters Local Union 669 for 50 years. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Whitten and Bro. Bill Coleman officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith with Military Honors under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife Faye of the home, one daughter Debbie Sharp Vann of Muldrow, OK, four sons Don D. Sharp of West Fork, AR, Darren Sharp of Cedarville, AR, Derrel Sharp of Muldrow, OK and Dale Sharp of Roland, OK, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Don D. Sharp, Darren Sharp, Derrel Sharp, Dale Sharp, Don Ray Sharp and Charles Vann.

The family will visit with friends Tuesday evening at Edwards Funeral Home from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM.
