Ella Sue Bartel, 79, of Fort Smith, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017. She was born April 5, 1937 in Ozark, AR. She was the Office Manager for Bartel Communications. She was a Veteran of the United States Navy.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Monday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Fort Smith National Cemetery with Military Honors under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Ronald C. Bartel, Sr., two daughters Toni Stearns of El Paso, TX and Terri Morgan of Fort Smith, one son Ronald C. Bartel, Jr. of Fort Smith, one sister Eddie Davis of Fort Smith, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jason Bartel, Jacob Bartel, Devin McKethan and A. D. Werschem.
The family will visit with friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM at the funeral home.
