was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Mirian Howard and brother, Bill Hall.
Frances is survived by one son and daughter in law, David and Jill Howard of Spokane, WA; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10 AM, Monday, February 28, 2022 at Fort Smith National Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 PM till 4 PM Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Edwards Funeral Home.
