Harold M. Hawkins, 83 of Fort Smith passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011. He was born September 24, 1928 in Wynona, OK to the late Mack and Clara Hawkins. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Arkoma and retired owner of Hawkins Construction. He loved to fish, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
Private services and arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife Beverly of the home; two daughters Cheryle Hawkins and Deborah Howarth both of Bartlesville, OK; and son Steve Hawkins of Fort Smith; his sister Maxine Holt of Ardmore, OK and his brother Charles Hawkins of Tahlequah, OK. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be his cousins.
