

Harold N. (Buster) Reynolds, 91, of Lavaca, Passed away, November 11, 2017, in Fort Smith. He was Born on June 16, 1926 in the Lick Creek Valley area to Jim and Ellie Reynolds. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. During his younger years, he Played semi pro baseball for the South Fort Smith baseball team, The Smokers. He was also a member of the Old Fort Beagle Club, where he owned and trained a Grand Field Champion, Buck. He was retired from the Fort Smith School System, and was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death, by his wife, of 63 years, Jo Ann Sharum Reynolds, and a son, Neil Reynolds. He is survived by two sons, Don Reynolds and his wife Becky, of Fort Smith, and Dale Reynolds, and his wife Debra, of Rogers, AR; five Grandchildren, Joe Reynolds, of Little Rock, Sarah and Katie Reynolds, of Fort Smith, Chris Reynolds, of Pea Ridge, AR and Kevin Reynolds of Rogers. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a sister, Ruby Jean Einert, of Spanaway, WA.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 10 A.M., at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will greet family and friends at Fentress Mortuary on Monday, from 5pm until 6:30 pm
Honorary pallbearers are Bob Reynolds, Joe Reynolds, Kevin Reynolds, George Foster, Leroy Lindsey, and Bill Cross.
