He was preceded in death by his daughter Vivian Baker.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 11, 2010 at Edwards Funeral Home with burial at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife Jo Baker of Fort Smith; two daughters: Twana and her husband Tom Parson of Fort Smith, Myrtle and her husband Ronnie Miller of Van Buren; two sons: James Baker and wife Shirley of Van Buren, and Jay Baker and Sherry of Fort Smith; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Alan Haney, Tommy Haney, Kevin Haney, Jason Baker, Josh Baker, and Jay Baker.
Family will visit with friends Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Edwards Funeral Home.
