

Jacqueline Johnston Cravens, 44, of Rogers, Arkansas died Friday, March 12, 2010 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. Jackie was born November 15, 1965 in Fort Smith. She was a graduate of Southside High School, the University of Arkansas, and the University of Arkansas Law School. Jackie worked as a law clerk for the Arkansas Supreme Court Justices Tom Glaze and Steele Hays and also for the US District Court Judge Jimm Larry Hendren. She continued her career with the Pryor Law Firm in Fort Smith, Arkansas and worked the past seven years as General Counsel for Wal-Mart corporate offices in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was a member of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial at Oak Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Jackie was the loving wife of W. Sparks S. Cravens and mother of Caroline Bliss Cravens and Duncan Sparks Cravens.
Jackie also leaves behind her parents Clyde and Sally Johnston of Fort Smith; one brother: Clyde Johnston Jr. and his wife Mamie of Fort Smith; three sisters: Ann Johnston Howells and her husband Bob of New Braunfels, Texas; Janice Johnston of Fort Smith, and Cindy Johnston McNally and her husband Tim of Fort Smith. Jackie was the sweet aunt to twelve nieces, six nephews, two great nieces and two great nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Cravens, Brett Avlos, Jon Boerner, Harold Boerner, Rob Shaunfield, and Allyn Donaubauer.
Family will visit with friends Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Edwards Funeral Home.
