James Richard Kessler II, 45, of Fort Smith, formerly of Reno, NV, passed away Wednesday February 2, 2011. He was born August 26, 1965 in San Pablo, CA to James Richard Kessler and Janice Marie Kelly Kessler. He was a retired Project Manager. He was preceded in death by his mother Janice Marie Kelly.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, February 12, 2011, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. Elton Pennington officiating. Cremation will follow the funeral service under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife Crystal, one daughter Andrea Ashley Whalen of Reno, NV, two sons Stephen Kessler of Norman, OK and Michael Leo Whalen, Jr. of Fort Lewis, WA serving in the United States Army as an Army Ranger, father and stepmother James Richard and Gina Kessler of Prescott, AZ and one grandson.
The family will greet friends Friday evening, February 11, 2011, from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
