Joseph Warren Dalzell

Joseph “Warren” Dalzell, 74, of Lavaca, Arkansas, passed from this life October 24, 2016 in Fort Smith. He was born December 20, 1941 in West Helena, Arkansas. Warren was a food technologist having last worked for Petit Jean Meats. He was an extremely active member at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church.

He is survived by his wife, Bella; one daughter, Nell Baker of Denton, Texas; his son, Joshua Dalzell of Chattanooga, Tennessee; two sisters, Marianne Dalzell of Las Vegas, Nevada and Suzanne Walsh and her husband Raymond of Greenville, Texas; two brothers, William F. Dalzell and his wife Leslie of El Dorado, Arkansas and Stephen Dalzell of Plano, Texas, as well as numerous grandchildren.

The family will greet friends from 5:30pm to 7:30 pm Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Edwards Funeral Home. A memorial service will be 10:00am Saturday, November 12, 2016 at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
