Joyce Ruth Forcht Payne, 65 of Fort Smith passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in Fort Smith. She was of the Assembly of God Faith and a Medical Transcriptionist for St. Edward Mercy Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held in 2:00 PM Sunday, February 5th at the Old Town Cemetery in Haynesville, LA. Local arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Ft. Smith. Louisiana arrangements are under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Springhill, LA.
She is survived by her husband Gerald Payne of the home; Sister Paula Menchue of Jonesboro, LA and Richard Forcht of Shreveport, LA.
