Kathy Lou Presley

Kathy L. Presley, 60, of Fort Smith, died February 4, 2014 in Fort Smith. She was born December 20, 1953 in Kirksville, MO to Marvin Leslie Partin and Margie Lou Holt Partin. She was a 1971 graduate of Northside High School and an Executive Assistant at Creative Network. She was a former employee of Hutcheson Shoes and attended the First Baptist Church of Fort Smith. Kathy was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother and was truly a selfless person. She is survived her husband of 41 years, David Presley of Fort Smith; one son, Ryan and wife Carey Presley of Fort Smith; one daughter, Katie Presley of Miami Beach, FL; two brothers, Larry Partin of Kirksville, MO and Dennis and wife Rosa Fernandez Partin of Fort Smith; one sister, Connie Partin of Fort Smith and two grandchildren. Funeral service will be Friday, February 7, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Forest Park Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Derek Sawyer, David Wayne Atkins, Eugene Atkins, Shannon Partin, Dan Smith, Jackie Presley, and Sam Jeffcoat.
