

Kimberly Anne Forrest, 54, of Port Ludlow, Washington, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017. She was born on June 3, 1962 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Linda Person and Gary Chamblee. She worked at Home Depot for 8 years and loved her colleagues and her work. She most recently was a homemaker who especially loved gardening. Kim also loved kayaking on Lake Crescent with her niece, Skye, collecting seashells and heart-shaped rocks on the beach and photographing the beauty she found in the clouds.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Person; her sister, Lori Means; and her 4-legged children Sam, Ozzy, Gixxer and Little Girl.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony Forrest of Port Ludlow, Washington; their 4-legged children, KoKo and Raider; sisters, Beth Holmes of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Renee Batara of Fayetteville, Arkansas; Lisa Chamblee of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Dallena Yager of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her father and step-mother, Gary and Pam Chamblee of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and her father-in-law, Michael Forrest; nieces and nephews, Amanda and Robert Cross of Waveland, Arkansas, Jamie and Todd Phillips of Lincoln, Arkansas, Eric and Tody Means of Dardanelle, Arkansas, Skye Henry of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Valerie Duty of Elkins, Arkansas, Nathan, Gavin and Patrick Batara of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Samantha Watson of Barling, Arkansas and Brianda Yager of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
A memorial service will be Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 11:00am in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
A reception will be held at Riverfront Park East Room from 2:00-5:00 pm at 121 Riverfront Drive. Please bring a dish to share with the family.
