Loretta Jane Freitas

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Butch Freitas; her siblings, Carol Ann, Donald Ray, Beverly Mayfield, and Darlene Tuck.

She is survived by her children, Channa (Lynn) Gardenhire, Leigha (Josh) Belk, and Jessica (Hance) Armistead; father of her children, Timothy Graham; grandchildren, Anthony Torres, Tyler Belk, Derek Miner, Kori Lee, Logan Boggs, Kolt Boggs, Beau Armistead, Tyler Armistead, and Jackson Armistead; great-grandchildren, Gunnar Belk, Lincoln Belk, William Lee, Isaac Belk, and baby Leo on the way; sisters, Shirley (Richard) Qualls, Marilyn Jones, Kathy (Dan) Henson, Sirena (Jack) Frazier; sister-in-law, Teresa Graham; brothers, Johnny Polk, Ronnie (Boo) Polk, Jerry Don (Marilyn) Polk, Terry Wayne (Sandy) Polk, Larry Daws; brother-in-law, Sonny Tuck; many special nieces , nephews, extended family and friends, and especially her Midland Heights Church family who all meant the world to her; and we cannot forget, her Dallas Cowboys.

Burial of ashes, at Fort Smith National Cemetery will be at a later date under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
