Coralie loved studying religion and philosophy and sought to improve her faith and mindfulness. She played piano and organ. She drew portraits of her five children and crafted Christmas stockings for her grandchildren. In her retirement she visited her five children and 14 grandchildren spread across five states, two coasts and two countries.
