Sharon was a gentle and quiet soul who lived her life with grace and humility. Though she spoke softly, her faith in the Lord was strong and steady, and she found her peace and joy in Him.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jimmie Lee Whitehead, and her parents, Herbert and Fern Piercy.
Sharon is survived by a host of nieces and nephews and beloved friends who will carry her memory forward.
She will be remembered for her calm spirit, her devotion to her faith, and the quiet strength she carried throughout her life. Sharon’s friends and family take comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her loved ones and resting in the presence of the Lord that she loved so deeply.
Plans for a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
