He is survived by his wife June; daughter, Tina Michel of Bonanza; sons, Thomas Hull Jr. of Fort Smith, and David Lee Hull of Joplin, MO; sister, Pat Wagner of California; brother, Ken Hull of Georgia; twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
