Tracy Lynn Dobbins, 58 of Fort Smith, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020. She was born November 10, 1961 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Robert and Joan Carrier. She was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, she loved her grandkids fiercely and she loved to ride horses.
There are no services scheduled, cremation arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband Donnie, of the home; a daughter, Kaela Dalton and her husband Dustin Dalton, Sr. of McKinney, TX; a stepson, Frankie Dobbins of Gainesville, TX; two sisters, Norene Milligan of Elgin, IL and Pamela Carrier of Idaho Falls, ID; four grandchildren, Ryder Rebel, Brisyn Dalton, Hope Dalton and Dustin Dalton, Jr.; two step-grandchildren, Tamra Tarango and Samantha Dobbins and a nephew, Kevin Milligan of St. Charles, IL.
