William Earl McClure, 71, of Fort Smith, passed from this life July 12, 2017 in Fort Smith. He was born March 16, 1946, in Fort Smith, to the late Earl and Mildred Floyd McClure. William was a fork lift operator for Samsonite and was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during Vietnam War era.
William is survived by three sons, William McClure and Jon McClure, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Henry McClure of Fort Smith; three sisters, Carol and Nancy McClure of Fort Smith and Pat Sivage of Kibler, Arkansas; one brother, Earl McClure of Seattle, Washington, as well as five grandchildren.
A memorial graveside service, with Navy honors, will be 11:00am Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
