Adam Thorn, 40, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025. He was born on July 3, 1985, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Adam had a passion for motorcycle riding, fishing and most of all time with his daughter. He is survived by his fiance, Melissa Crismore; daughter, Anivah Thorn; father, Brent Thorn; sister, Shannen (Andrew) Crow; and aunts, Gaylene Scott and Jolene McDonald. Adam was preceded in death by his mother, Karlene Thorn. There will be no services at this time. Contributions in Adam's memory may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
