Angela Christine Urbina, born January 19, 1982, passed away on April 12, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of Rebecca (Wayne) Ladd and Louis May Jr.
Angela was a devoted mother to Maggie (Jacob), Mary, Aaron, and Payton, and a proud grandmother to her cherished granddaughter, Madison. She is also survived by her siblings: Louis (Melanie) May, Eric, Zach Ladd, and Amanda (Adam) Morelli.
Angie has always found her greatest joy in spending time with her children and her beloved fur babies. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and never missed a chance to play Just Dance, bringing laughter everywhere she went.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Urbina Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 1PM-2PM at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808, with a memorial service starting at 2PM. She will be laid to rest in Marion National Cemetery at a later date.
Angela will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.
