Anna was preceded in death by her parents Alec and Doris Andringa, son Brian Workman, sister Tara Smith and two brothers Anthony and Robert D’Andrea.
She is survived by husband Roy Puff, son Scott Workman, sister Tamera Andringa, brothers Louis (Linda) Andringa and Joe Andringa, and grandchildren, Alecia Vece, Andrew Workman and great grandson Benjamin Vece as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial calling will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at D. O. McCombs-Maplewood Park, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
