His favorite pastime was playing, or watching, golf and watching football, remaining a loyal fan of the New England Patriots no matter where he lived in the country.
Most important in Tony's life were his Catholic faith and his beloved family. Tony was married 45 years to the love of his life, Catherine, with whom he had a son and a daughter, the bright lights of his life. And their beloved pets, of course. He also loved being "Pop Pop" to his two precious granddaughters. Tony was a devout and active Catholic with a lifelong and ever increasing desire to grow in his faith. He was a prayerful and Godly man.
Tony is predeceased by his parents, Anthony Francis Bova, Sr. and Irma Phyllis (Castellani) Bova; his brother, Francis Anthony Bova; and his sister, Marion Elizabeth McRae. He leaves behind his wife, Catherine (Mills) Bova; his children, Richard Anthony Bova, Stephanie Mills Bova Curtis, and Neil Robert Curtis; his grandchildren, Brynn Bova and Everly Bova; and his Golden Retriever, Wagsley Bogs Bova "Wags".
