Anthony “Wayne” W. Pollard, 54, of Pierceton, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021 at Hillsdale Hospital, Hillsdale, Mich. Born July 18, 1966 in Hawthorne, Calif., he was a son of the late Anthony W. Pollard Sr., and Suzanne (Boyle) Kinney who survives and resides in Pierceton, Ind. Wayne was a graduate of Wawasee High School. A jack of all trades, he was a tattoo artist, certified mechanic who restored and painted cars, race car driver, handyman, builder, musician, and also excelled at Karate. Wayne belonged to a few bands and could sing, play guitar, piano, drums, and harmonica. Also surviving are his wife, Cherry (Bailey) Pollard of Pierceton, Ind.; children, Sara (Sam) Kerkhoff of Warsaw, Ind., Kyle Pollard, Wyatt Pollard, Garrett Pollard, and Brianna Pollard, all of Bremen, Ind.; grandchildren, Annika Kerkhoff, Kenzie Kerkhoff, and Samson Kerkhoff; and siblings, Janet (Scott) Krieg of Syracuse, Ind., Reenia Gordon of Pierceton, Ind., Desiree (Shawn) Ponsler of Syracuse, Ind., and James (Katholeen Hocutt) Kinney of Cherokee Village, Ark.
