Betty Jean Worman, 85, of Fort Wayne, died on Wednesday September 19, at Community Hospital East, Indianapolis. The Fort Wayne native was the daughter of the late Elmer and Anna (nee. Hendrickx) Berry, she retired from Lincoln Life after 33 years of service and was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne.
She is survived by her Sons; Russell (Janet) Worman, of New Palestine, and Barry (Alice) Worman, of Corinth, Texas, Three Granddaughters, and Two Great-Grandsons. She was also preceded in death by her Husband; Donald W. Worman, and Sisters; Deloris Williams, and Lucille Good.
Funeral service will be held at 10 AM Monday, September 24, at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Homes Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne. Calling will be held from 2-6 PM on Sunday September 23, at the funeral home. Memorial may be given to St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne.
