Beverly Jo Repine, 74, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation. Beverly was born November 28, 1946 in Indianapolis, daughter of the late Earl and Wilma Mitchell. She worked as a dietitian for Ossian Health and Rehabilitation for over 34 years and was a active member and President of the American Legion #241 Auxiliary. Surviving are numerous family members and friends, including her sister, Judy Fordyce, and her niece, Melia Cline.
