Billeen "Billi" Ann McComb, 77, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024. Billeen was born in Martinsburg, West Virginia and relocated to Fort Wayne as a child, graduating from South Side High School in 1965.
Billi went on to be a professional assistant at GTE where she worked for 25 years. She went back to school earning a degree in Cosmetology and was employed for many years at Great Clips, retiring in 2012. Billi loved to ride horses, enjoyed gardening and loved her numerous cats.
Billi is survived by her daughter, Robin Marie Gasper Smith. Billi married Alan McComb in 1977 and spent her last years being cared for by him. She will be missed by her eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many friends as well.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Clark and three sisters.
Funeral service is 10:00 am Thursday, August 22, 2024, D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes, Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana with calling one hour prior. Friends and family will be received from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes, Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
