Blaine was an accountant at Supervalu for over 10 years, Craftline Graphics for over 9 years, and most recently at Mill Supply.
Blaine is survived by his wife, Karen E. Ulrey; son Gabe (Miranda Lengacher) Ulrey; daughter, Olivia (Jorden Kindig) Ulrey, all of Fort Wayne, IN; mother, Ruth Anna Ulrey of Fort Wayne, IN; siblings, Brad (Courtney) Ulrey, Matt Ulrey, Stacy (Dave) Geimer, all of Fort Wayne, IN, Joel Ulrey of Bloomington, IN; and a grandson, Jordy Jr.
A funeral service to honor Blaine's life will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, September 12, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. A visitation will also take place on Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
